1. About OffsideSupply

OffsideSupply is an India-based online store selling football fan jerseys. We are not affiliated with FIFA, UEFA, AFC, any national football association, any football club, or any official kit manufacturer. All products are fan merchandise.

2. Orders & preorder

  • Most kits operate on a preorder model. Estimated shipping: 5–7 business days from order date.
  • By placing an order, you agree to the price, size, and delivery details shown at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders with full refund if a product cannot be sourced.

3. Pricing & payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) — COD carries a ₹50 handling fee.
  • Card and UPI payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your payment credentials.
  • Promo codes are non-transferable, may have minimum order values, and are subject to expiry.

5. Returns & refunds

6. Intellectual property

  • The OffsideSupply name, logo, and site content are our property.
  • Club names, country names, player names, and crests referenced on jerseys are the property of their respective owners. Their use on fan merchandise does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
  • If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, contact us with details.

7. Limitation of liability

We are liable for the value of the products you purchase from us. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunity, or third-party shipping delays beyond our control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.
